What is Sales Symphony's Motivation and Philosophy?
Stepping out of my 20+ years of corporate journey to found Sales Symphony is both exciting and bold. It brings together two passions — entrepreneurship and sales — to help businesses grow through training, coaching and consultancy.
I have been in sales my entire career, consistently helping organisations exceed sales targets and scale success. I still remember closing my first "deal" at age 5, selling notepads to my classmates. My mum was even called in for a complaint session — but I was rejoicing at my first sales win.
My entrepreneurial spirit was forged in my SME and startup days. For 10 sales roles, I started each from scratch. Faced with great obstacles, resource constraints and unpredictable risks, I relied on self-motivation, resilience and resourcefulness to achieve significant results — acquiring 100 logos against world-class competition and closing many industry-first deals.
My diverse environments truly stretched my sales capabilities. I helped NASDAQ-listed tech startups (Optibase Ltd from Israel and Aruba Networks from the USA, now acquired by HPE), SMEs, trade agencies and MNCs grow their marketplace from $10K to over $100M deals.
